Job Purpose

NUS Enterprise ecosystem builder team is looking to develop best-in-class experience at our innovation and startup incubation facilities and programmes. We are hiring for community and operations executives who can be attached to various startup facilities and projects as necessary as part of our community engagement and operations backbone to support the delivery of our goals in growing a vibrant innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.



The Programme Manager will work alongside the existing incubation teams in the region and be primarily responsible for:

• Lead the process of selecting startups for various accelerator/incubation/immersion programmes.
• Collaborate with team members to design and refine the curriculum, ensuring relevance and value.
• Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, and investors to provide the necessary resources and networking opportunities to startups.
• Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with other incubators, tech hubs, and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, with a focus on accelerator or incubator programmes.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling accelerator programmes.
• Deep regional market insights and a strong network in the startup ecosystem.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship
• Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
