What you\'ll do

  • Engaging in Sales opportunities well in advance of contract signature to ensure thorough capture of client requirements and hold a Programme kick-off as early as possible.
  • Preparing and delivering client programme plan to ensure accurate expectations are set and advise clients of any critical Programme milestones.
  • Providing and arranging support across regions for global programmes and providing professional end-to-end Programme Management for Clients.
  • Assuring end-to-end Programme Methodology and ensure high quality results.
  • Leading the virtual Programme team (as the overall primary point of contact) throughout a Client Programme lifecycle and ensure that all key milestones are met.
  • Ensuring that Programme delivery activities are coordinated between the Client, Sales account team, and internal groups (e.g. Service Management).
  • Effectively managing programme budget and ensuring that a clean hand-over to the Client & Service Management team at the close of each Programme is facilitated.
  • Capturing client business priorities, critical information & agree programme plan and ensuring that service activations are scheduled & facilitated with the client.
  • Coordinating, hosting and attending virtual team meetings with clients, account teams, and internal groups.
  • Proactively providing the Client, Sales Rep(s) & Service Manager with frequent programme progress reports, highlighting Risks, Actions, Issues &/or Dependencies (written & verbal as appropriate).
  • Providing programme dashboard reports to key internal & client stakeholders
  • Assessing, recording & mitigating risks / dependencies against programme on-time delivery, quality &/or budget and Leading cross functional teams to take preventative (& corrective) action on any programme related issues and escalate as required to ensure client requirements and due dates are met.
  • Ensuring that programmes are documented to a high standard, communicated and agreed with the client according to the Group TES Programme Management standards and the contract and NPS Client surveys are initiated at the completion of each Programme.
  • Providing Programme Management expertise to the Account team & Client to ensure the delivery of a professional Programme Management Service throughout the Programme Delivery and ensuring that accurate system records and reports are maintained (e.g.: Web time, RYG).
Who you areWe are looking for the successful candidate to be a highly capable and experienced end-to-end Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading and owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple technical Programmes in line with a multi-country deployment strategy.Essential:
  • Extensive Programme Management skills and experience and successful track record of Programme Managing complex inter-company initiatives.
  • Working for Telcos delivering fixed line solutions.
  • Management of multiple stakeholders
  • Preferably with Fixed Wire / Circuit delivery experience
  • Ability to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organizations
  • A self-starter with a determination to succeed balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision making skills.
  • Experience of using MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Programme required.
  • Experience of using Programme support tools, such as SharePoint, Programme management reporting tools (e.g. Planview), SAP,
