Job Description

Job Scope:

Promote workforce initiatives (e.g., career conversion programmes, grants, job redesign support) to SMEs and business leaders. Conduct outreach through company visits, networking events, and webinars to drive programme adoption. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including government agencies, industry associations, and employers. Support companies with onboarding, enquiries, and feedback to ensure smooth participation. Plan and deliver capability-building workshops, peer learning circles, and industry sharing sessions. Partner with strategic organisations to co-host events aligned with national workforce priorities. Develop and manage outreach content such as EDMs, social media, and brochures to promote services. Curate case studies and success stories to showcase programme impact and encourage participation.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Communications, HR, Business, or related field. Experience in project and event management with a hands-on, collaborative approach. Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging across sectors.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
