Julia Gabriel Centre empowers students to communicate confidently through EduDrama\xc2\xae, a unique philosophy that entails learning within a positive and enjoyable environment, inspired by educators who are passionate about children, language and the arts. Age-appropriate activities enable students to express ideas through voice, speech, language, music, movement, art, writing, performance, debate and visual media, working towards Trinity College London awards at kindergarten-level and above.



Responsibilities:

• Enrol new students through walk\xe2\x80\x93ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children.
• Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
• Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children\xe2\x80\x99s programme change, fee collection.
• Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centres.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.
• To work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives, to ensure enrolment growth at Julia Gabriel Centre

Requirements:

• GCE \'O\xe2\x80\x99 / \xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
• 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (Including 1 weekend)
• Bilingual as required to liaise with Chinese speakers
• Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
• Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven and self-motivated, a team player
• Organised and independent
