Job Description

:

The chosen applicant will focus mainly on client's latest nutrition programme for seniors. The programme focuses on educating seniors about healthier dining tips and importance of social connectedness, through an innovative format of a walking tour, to better internalise the learnings and encourage seniors to spend time with family and friends.

The applicant will perform the following duties: * Support programme ops by coordinating programme sessions with internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Ensure sessions are confirmed and run smoothly (e.g host sessions on H365, provide troubleshoot support where necessary and other administrative matters)

• Observe and audit all programme sessions. Evaluate programme flow, vendor operations and feedback from stakeholders and participants to help improve programme
• Assist in developing guides for seniors to learn more about nutrition and delivering training to vendors on our programme
• Scaling up of programme: support in procurement efforts to scale up the programme, such as liaising with potential vendors, ensuring proper documentation and finetuning programme ops
• As and when required, to support operations of other programmes in the department

Work Arrangement:

Location: Outram Park

Contract Duration: Oct 2022 - Jan 2023

Working Hours:

Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $11/h

Job Requirements:

• Experience in liaising with vendors and multiple stakeholders
• Keen interest in contributing to our work on public health
• Eye for details and committed to deliver quality work
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, eg with seniors
• Experience with data analysis/ evaluation of programmes
• Good to have: experience in procurement processes
