Job Description
Temp Programme Administrator (1 year contract)
As a Programme Administrator for SPH Media Academy, you will provide administrative and logistical support for all physical and virtual trainings for the organisation.
Your duties would include managing the training facilities, training records, and generating statistics report. You will also assist in the scheduling of courses, booking of trainers, venue and other logistical arrangements and liaise/coordinate with relevant parties including trainers and participants on course.
In addition, you will be involved in maintaining the digital learning system and publicity for upcoming learning and development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and excellent organizational skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with SAP and P2P will be advantageous
