Employment Details


Employment type: Permanent


Salary: 3500 - 4500 Basic + 1 month completion bonus


Location: Depot Road, Bukit Merah


Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)


Working Arrangement: Full Onsite





The cluster supports the capability development and system management for digital solutions. This role is required to support the Cluster Head, and programme managers on the administrative tasks required to deliver digital medical projects.


Job responsibilities:


Secretariat for meetings chaired by Cluster Head, including room booking, agenda confirmation, minutes recording, following up with members on updates of outstanding items Support programs in Medical Cluster on project administration, including updates on project planning (coordinate meetings and schedules), budget and cost tracking, documentation (track and file required documents), project performance & risks tracking


Requirements:


Diploma in any discipline At least 2 years of working experience Good communication and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Preferably with IT background
