• Selecting suitable fabrics for the designers that we are working with according to their specs and drawings
• Inventory management, arranging fabric samples in our showroom & recording it down in excel sheet
• Assisting in Presenting our fabrics to designers in their office
• Receiving phone calls on enquiries
• Arranging local deliveries and international shipments for our overseas customers
• Involvement in upcoming events eg, hosting designers in our showroom
• Outsourcing local vendors needed for events eg, caterings & gifts
• Other administrative task eg. calculations, compilation of information & presentation decks
