We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operational processes and effective communication across departments.



Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:Manage office tasks, maintain records, and provide general office support to ensure a well-functioning work environment.

Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and presentations, ensuring clear and concise communication of project status.

Coordination:Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Communication:Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries.

Data Management and Analysis:Assist in data entry, organization, and analysis to support informed decision-making and project planning.

Resource Assistance:Provide assistance with resource allocation, procurement, and logistics to support project timelines and objectives.

General Support:Offer comprehensive support to project managers and team members, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving skills
