Our laboratory is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Project Management team. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Job Responsibilities Provide day to day departmental support to Project Management such as maintaining clinical reports, contacting sites for query resolution, missing samples and forms Perform data entry and updates Complete requests and follow up with requestor as needed Conduct quality checks of departmental documents and Other general administrative tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience of relevant field Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Prior experience in a central laboratory will be advantageous.
