WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As an Office Operations Associate your main responsibilities will include being part of a dynamic team of individuals who keep the office running smoothly. Our main priority is to provide the highest level of support to our Teams. We go above and beyond to make sure our people are happy, productive and feel the love here. A lot of what we do is routinary but you'll never be bored. You should be someone who isn't afraid to bring up original ideas that will improve efficiency and productivity. WHAT WILL YOU DO Office Operations and Maintenance escalations;
  • Respond to day shift Admin tickets
  • Escalate office infrastructure problems pertaining to safety
  • Manage the team of Safety Officers for PH (MM and Tacloban)
  • Manage the Utility Personnel for day to day tasks for MM and Tacloban
  • Support for Business Permits
  • Support for Company Events and employee engagement activities
  • Secretary & Safety Man for OSH
    • Assist with inspections for compliance
    • Maintain accident record system and other reports
    • Creation of policies and plans pertaining to health and safety
    • Execute recommended OSH action items
    • Assist with DOLE registration
    • Manage Emergency Response Team
    • BCP / DRP creation, monitoring and enforcing
  • Provide support to All other support Services team when it comes to logistics and operational support along with the manager of PH Office Operations.

Assist with all ongoing projects from other teams that require Office Operations Cooperation Support for Workshops
  • Onboarding Workshops
  • Drive Compliance campaigns
Support for Clubs
  • POC for Club creation and maintenance
Tie-Ups and Partnerships
  • Procurement and recommendation of partners
  • Management with Building Administration for Device deliveries
Requirements YOU HAVE…
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business operations and project management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our Tacloban office
  • Must be open to working on a night shift/flexible schedule
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and inventory management applications is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Apps and MS Office applications
  • Experience in using CRM and other similar applications or tools
