POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Development Manager (for XDR Product) in Singapore will focus on generating revenue in vertical markets in the assigned territory and building territory plans for businesses across the SEA (southeast Asia)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with customers, partners, and TrendMicro internal team to execute the project within the timeline.
Create and use data for internal and external consumption to map the customer adoption journey.
To increase the stickiness of the customer with our products/services. XDR Business Development Manager will work closely with the relevant partners, Customer Success, Marketing, and field teams and make sure we create further pipelines to sell more products / services to the customers.
XDR Business Development Manager manage the success of the project delivery and constantly work with partners to make sure onboarding, Operation management, Health checkups, and product value delivery are done by the partner on time and customers business outcomes are articulated.
Monitor and supervise large scale and critical projects for SEA (Southeast Asia)
EXPERIENCE
A person with strong key project management and delivery skills. Min 6 years of experience in Project management.
Business acumen and soft skills to handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Must have good knowledge of Analytics platforms and products around customer success and related solutions.
