Job Description

Arrange daily work schedules and monitor onsite activities. Coordinate mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects, including fibre optic systems, CCTV, access control, and other low-voltage systems. Liaise with designers, subcontractors, and site management to ensure project progress, schedule adherence, and budget control. Attend site meetings and present progress updates to the Building Services Manager. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, particularly for fibre installations. Manage project timelines from planning through execution to ensure timely completion. Supervise and support junior technicians, providing technical guidance and training. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings, OTDR test results, and daily progress reports. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies. Oversee allocation and usage of materials and equipment to minimize waste and ensure availability. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment. Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective and preventive measures as required. Liaise with Teams after completing the job everyday * Closing of projects in BIOS and/or other System applications after completing the job done in the same day.
