Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication among team members, contractors, and suppliers.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring that objectives are met.
• Assist in the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor resource availability and procurement as needed.
• Ensure that construction activities meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Report and address safety concerns promptly.

Requirement:

• Class 3 driving license is a strong advantage.
• Quality survey experience will be an added advantage.
