Job Description

:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee various IT projects and rollouts.
• Assist in coordinating day-to-day IT project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain IT project documentation, including schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
• Monitor IT project timelines and deliverables, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that project teams have the necessary tools and resources to meet project objectives.
• Participate in project meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date project files and documentation for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project processes.
• Support project procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract management.
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts, escalating to the Project Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role
• Experience in project management.
• Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, user story, use case or similar diagram.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
• Experience in the IT industry or relevant domain is advantageous.
