Job Responsibilities: Working closely with the Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries and billing. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. Develop/maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Support project management team in various activities. To organise and participate in meetings in multiple time zones, from US, Europe, to Singapore. To cover communication needs with stakeholders. Job Requirements: Minimum diploma or degree holder or equivalent qualifications, with knowledge in Clinical Trial Supply chain management (Optional). Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as project coordinator. Driven mindset with an ability to get things done Excellent stakeholder management abilities Multitasker with proven ability to keep multiple projects and tasks organised and on track.
