Job Description

• Working days & hours: Monday - Friday ; 9am - 6pm
• Office Location: Marina Square (Recent projects at Stevens)
• Salary Range: $3000 - $3600 + Allowance
• Package: AWS & Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
• Carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing
• Close monitoring of jobs and provide reports updates to internal division.
• Responds to customers\' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
• Supervise labour and cost control..
• Attend to co-ordination meetings with designer/architect/consultant/main contractor.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in building/furniture/interior/residential field
• Minimum 2 years in site coordination, preferably managing large scale project residential site
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
• Able to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus
