KING HUP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD (a subsidiary of Kingston Property Maintenance Services Pte Ltd) PROJECT COORDINATOR / PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Coordinate and supervise Cabinetry works with main contractors, consultant, architect, subcontractors and suppliers for local condominium projects.
Assist the Project Manager to plan and implement the project schedule to ensure deadlines are within the schedule.
Resolve site problems and implement corrective or preventive measures accordingly
Inspect and ensure that works are in good condition before handover to clients
Monitor and prepare monthly progress reports
Any other ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in carpentry firms. Preferably with carpentry/cabinetry experience in Private Residential/Condominium project.
Preferably possess Certificate for BCSS and Coretrade Supervisor Certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
Independent, well organised, meticulous and with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits:
