Job Responsibilities:
Strategize processes and procedures to integrate overall project plan based on industry\'s best practices

Drive strategies to optimize time, cost and quality

Refine integrated project plans based on the industry\'s best practices for project execution, risk management, safety management and quality assurance and control

Drive compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites in preparation for project execution.

Establish quality control policies, processes and procedures in alignment with industry standards.

Oversee the management of stakeholders to obtain approval on variation order request.

Oversee the acquisition of people and material resources to support the progress and completion of projects.

Drive compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.

Drive organizational adoption of environmental sustainability and green building strategies.

Manage the financial inflow and outflow against allocated budgets and forecasts

Develop relationship with prospective clients for business development opportunities

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognized by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in built environment, preferably with project management consultancy experience

Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project

Proven ability to manage and lead teams to build collaboration and efficiency

Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staff

Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
