Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a Project Team of Main contractor, Site Supervisor and Safety Supervisor
- Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
- Lead team to Identify and resolve site technical problems
- Inspect site works to achieve good quality
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim
- Minimum 10 years experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills leading to successful completion of a project by a specific due date
