Job Description
Position Description:
- Responsible for driving and executing the construction of buildings and infrastructure.
- Supported by project managers and team collaborates with various stakeholders including engineers and contractors to make sure that the construction runs smoothly.
- Oversees the planning, execution and completion of the construction projects in accordance with relevant building regulations and standards.
- Schedules the construction timelines, co-ordinates work between various departments, conducts site meetings and carry out inspections on the building works.

Good Knowledge of Project management processes
Good knowledge of railway products and systems

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering
- Possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design
- Independent, dynamic, hardworking and possess a good level of initiative
- Thorough industry knowledge and awareness of trends, eye for details and good communication skills
