COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client, one of the leading leisure, lifestyle, and entertainment MNC across Southeast Asia is currently looking for suitable candidates for the Assistant/ Director, Project (Facility Design and Project Management) role to be based in Singapore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and create design intent.
• Liaise with appointed design team/consultants to ensure high-quality theming design for facility spaces.
• Generate creative solutions for design tasks and ensuring functional parameters.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with design brief.
• Review and coordinate design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• To prepare and review project schedule, quality and cost deliverables, cost control, planning and forecasting with project consultants
• Value engineering and management
• Feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis
• Risk analysis evaluations and mitigation plan
• Collate and compile the requirement on Architectural/Interior Finishes in particular theming works/Lighting/Art Signages/Color/Materials aspect.
• Regular updating and reporting of project performance and progress

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a degree in Architecture; Interior Design; Creative Arts or equivalent
• Min 15 years' experience and 3-5 years of developer/owner representative experience
• Preferably with experience in theme parks and/or hospitality projects
• Experienced in projects with extensive theming design would be an advantage
