1.Monitor construction renovation progress, oversee finances and ensure project quality. 2.Make strategic decisions and provide project managers with leadership and direction to implement those decis 1.Monitor construction renovation progress, oversee finances and ensure project quality. 2.Make strategic decisions and provide project managers with leadership and direction to implement those decisions. 3.Meet with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress. 4.Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships. 5.Develop cost-effective plans for effective project completion. 6.Manage risk to avoid delays or reputational damage. 7.Ensure permits and legal documents are obtained prior to the project. 8.Manage project managers and enable them to oversee and manage their own teams. 9.Tender for new projects. 10.Liaise with the authorities, the clients and the consultants on project progress and ensure delivery of project is on or ahead of time. 11.Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment. 12.Work in offices and construction sites. 13.Need to know the efficacy of various paints. 14.Need to take over painting work at any time.
