Job Description

My client is a worldwide systems integrator who collaborates with a global network of partners and manufacturers to conceptualize, implement, and maintain security, fire alarm, life safety, audio-visual, and building automation solutions for enterprises.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction through system design, diagrams, programming, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct product pre-testing.
• Prepare the project \'engineering package\' according to standards.
• Perform site inspections and coordinate with Project Manager, clients (when needed), third parties, and sub-contractors.
• Review and supervise all equipment installations and wiring, adhering to product manuals and \'CD standards.\'
• Provide on-site client training.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and manage relations with existing clients within the assigned region.
• Ensure the quality of services, strictly following company standards and policies, to deliver prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within the assigned region.
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until resolution.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
• Update diagrams after Head Office directives.
• Manage service sub-contractors and ensure compliance with company\'s standards and policies.
• Attend internal training sessions to improve skills.

Job Requirements

• Experience in CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and physical security surveillance.
