Responsibilities: * Prepares key project documentation, project specifications, calculations, engineering data, equipment and material lists for project bid preparation under the supervision of sen Responsibilities : Prepares key project documentation, project specifications, calculations, engineering data, equipment and material lists for project bid preparation under the supervision of senior team members Manages project drawings and controls technical documentation across disciplines, reviewing and updating all existing and new drawings as per changes with supervision from senior team members, when required Prepares schedule, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project, ensuring all activities are kept within the project budget Participates in project meeting, reports on the project status and attends to basic technical queries and issues including reviewing the performance of vendors/ subcontractors in the project Liaises with customers, vendors, consultants and cross-functional team to coordinate project plan and handles technical issues in order to meet the project schedule Collates project documentation and database from the project for submission and retention, as required and compiles the records from current and past projects as lessons learnt Works with other engineering team members as required to achieve functional objectives and deadlines Provides support in various engineering projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity Requirements : Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
