Title: Senior Project Engineer/Manager (Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

• Leads, Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems and requirements approved by Client
• Leads Project Management team including but not limited to Associate Project Manager, Interface Manager, Project Coordinator, QA team, Project engineers and Engineering disciplines
• Has responsibility for day to day contact and communication with the Client and focuses on providing client satisfaction
• Possesses knowledge of Oil & Gas design and engineering in the Offshore industry, especially FPSOs
• Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders
• May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects
• Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities
• Management of internal and external project interfaces
• Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress
• Support to Management of Change process on the project including development of discreet schedules and budgets
• Support to identification and management of Risk on the project including development of mitigation measures to remove and or control residual risk

• Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with minimum 20 years of relevant experience
• Experience in coordinating and focal point for Mechanical Equipment procurement including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings and liaison with Mechanical package engineers and Client engineers
• Experience with Oil & Gas engineering company doing Onshore and Offshore projects
• Knowledge of multi discipline execution of Offshore projects
• Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks
• Knowledge of Digital delivery of projects is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of procurement, topsides/module fabrication is preferred
