Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management (M&E) activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner; Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting; Carry out all M&E shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department; Project planning, site investigation, preliminary design and cost estimation on mechanical and electrical works Responsible for general on-site technical difficulties and other problems that may arise Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years' working experience in M&E works or relevant construction industries in a Singapore-based Electrical Company Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH or BCSS Has experience working in building construction Without experiece will be considered if with a degree from a reputable university Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work Excellent time management and teamwork skills
