Job Description

Oversee site works and activities and provide overall leadership to the project teams Ability to understand the design objectives, systems and budgets of projects. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them. Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings. Perform site planning coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirement and budget are met Lead, plan and execute MEPL/M&E/ACMV projects in A&A or newly build sector n compliance with safety, quality and schedule Ensure monthly progress report is prepare on timely manner Attending all meeting with clients, consultants and subcontractors Liase with internal & external parties for project management Ensure the site team comply with client regulatory requirement Attend tender site show or adhoc site visit for new work request Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Requirement :

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in MEPL/M&E/ACMV for Commercial/Industrial/ Plant Sectors Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Autocad Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices ACMV and Electrical experience is preferred Independent, diligent meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
