Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with consultant and sub-contractors on-site

Oversee all related M&E issues on site

Provide guidance to site supervisors in relation to M&E works, and ensure progress according to schedule, quality and safety standards

Carry out site inspections and timely resolve technical issues.

Assists Project Manager in planning, managing and execution of M&E construction activities

Ensures the timely preparation of method statements, project progress reports and other documentations required by consultants and project owners.

Attend meetings with consultants, owners and other stakeholders

Any adhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering/ Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination, or other relevant qualifications

Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E projects

Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think out-of-the-box

Proficient in MS Office Software

AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
