Our client is an integrated one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low voltage ("ELV"), low voltage ("LV") and high voltage ("HV") electrical systems; air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation ("ACMV") systems; and fire protection ("FP") systems.

What you'll be doing?

Contract Execution:

Lead the execution of contract progress, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.

Installation Oversight:

Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

Progress Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and key milestones.

Quality Assurance:

Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards throughout the project.

Documentation Management:

Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawing preparation and submission, fostering strong working relationships.

Technical Support:

Assist in technical submissions and negotiations for materials, equipment, and labor procurement within budget constraints.

Problem Solving:

Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.

Regulatory Compliance:

Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes.

Specialized Experience:

Apply knowledge in Data Center operations or Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) to enhance project outcomes.

System Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical systems (VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers) and electrical systems (retrofit, renovation, lighting control, BMS).

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background:

Holders of a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Industry Experience:

Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring project progress is essential.
