Job Description

:

Establish success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Identify and ensure awareness of quality, safety, health and environment issues. Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project. Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan. Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team. Manage the change control process. Monitor and advise upon project finances. Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Prepare formal project progress and other reports. Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to management. Ensure prompt invoicing and monitor a project's financial status. Assist in project engineering of electrical systems, including design experience in M&E systems.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably have experience in ACMV. Fresh graduate from local universities are welcome to apply. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful. Proactive in solving client's issues. Working locations - Tuas or Loyang * Working days - 5.5days (alternate Sat off)
