Job Description
- Handle customer accounts and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Work closely with customer, internal designers, toolmakers, logistic team , material suppliers and vendor in the development of new products/tools
- Provide technical solution to resolve mould issues for design and mould fabrication
- Provide weekly updated Gantt Chart to internal as well as customer
- Able to communicate closely with customer and internal teams effectively
- Provide leadership in ensuring project meets customer\'s timeline and expectation/specification
- Update customers on project development and progress
- Assist senior engineers to perform the above roles when required
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
- At least 2 years of related working experience, preferably in plastic injection moulding & tooling
- Independent, self-motivated and willing to take challenge
- Good interpersonal skills
