*5 days work week, Monday - Friday 8.15am - 5pm *Location: Tuas *Experience in mechanical & project management is a must *Basic + Allowances + AWS + VB *Permanent Our client is a Japanese MNC petrochemical company Responsibilities:
- Project Planning
- Preparing materials of Engineering Project (Budget, Plan and Specification)
- Technical Study
- Collection, arrangement and analysis of Data /and decision of technical policy. Decision of Process and Specification of Plant & Machineries based on the technical policy
- Management of Design Plans
- Management and Update of Basic plans like Process Flow Diagram, piping & instrumentation drawings, Plot Plan.
- Assist of designing for new project (Amendment of P&ID and communication with engineering companies)
- Management of Budgets
- Designs with high technical accuracy and proper budgets to meet requirement of Plant & Machineries
- Summarizing comparison between Budgets and Results, and Grasping timely forecast
- Procurement
- Competency of procurement, quantitative negotiation of prices
- Sharing of procurement and costs data
- Price assessment based on comparison of quotations.
- Management of Schedule: Scheduling and progress management based on actual conditions
- Safety Management: Permission of works, guidance of contractors, site control.
- Quality Management: Checking any gap between design plans and situations of construction
- Degree holder is a must
- Experience in mechanical & project management is a must
