Responsibilities

Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfillment of contract obligations within timeline, cost and scope
Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor matters
Work with users to understand requirements
Work with suppliers to develop a comprehensive solution
Work within a team responsible for implementing IT infrastructure projects involving server, security or network administration
Diagnose and resolve issues relating to servers, security or network equipment
Create and maintain technical documentation

Diploma or Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years experience respectively in project management. Able to handle complex projects, technical challenges and different groups of users and external contractors
Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems Deployment or Equivalent experience
Good technical skills in engineering, computer and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
Good knowledge of Systems Engineering
Strong vendor management in negotiation and collaboration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to work well at all levels.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
