Location : Outram
Position : Engineer/Assistant Manager, Facilities Management
Contract period : 12 month (Immediate)
Working hours : Mondays to Thursdays : 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, Fridays : 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, it can be flexible, eg start at 9am and end 6.30pm.
Salary range: $3,900 - $6,000 depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Job Summary:
The incumbent will assist the Facilities Management (FM) team with the renovation projects and maintenance requests.
:
- Assist the FM Team in ad hoc facilities maintenance requests/projects
- Assess A&A requirements, draft renovation specifications for A&A works
- Supervise the A&A works.
- 3-4 years of working in Facilities Management (FM).
- Exposure to building maintenance and A&A works.
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of facilities systems such as clean room, exhaust and ACMV systems is advantageous.
