. You'll play a key role in leading project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise and oversee daily site operations to meet project design, specifications, and plans.
Lead and coordinate the site team in planning and executing daily work activities.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure progress stays on schedule and within budget.
Monitor subcontractor performance, resolve site issues, and uphold quality standards.
Collaborate with main contractors and consultants on design reviews, approvals, and technical matters.
Attend client and consultant meetings to report project progress and address any site-related concerns.
Enforce
EHS standards
and maintain good site housekeeping.
Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
Undertake any other project-related duties as assigned by Management.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree
in
Engineering
,
Construction Management
, or a related discipline.
Minimum
2 years of project management experience
in building or civil engineering works.
