About the Roles

We are seeking a

Project Engineer / Project Manager

to join a building and construction company with an office in Tuas. Transport is provided from Joo Koon MRT for added convenience. This is a

permanent role

with a 5-day work week (8:00am-5:00pm), offering a competitive package of

basic salary plus performance bonus

. The role provides excellent opportunities to lead projects islandwide while ensuring work-life balance with a fixed weekday schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise day-to-day site operations to meet project design, specifications, and plans. Lead and guide the site team in planning and executing daily tasks. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Monitor subcontractor performance, resolve site issues, and uphold quality standards. Collaborate with main contractors and consultants on design reviews, approvals, and technical queries. Participate in client, main contractor, and consultant meetings to report project progress. Enforce EHS standards and maintain site safety and housekeeping. Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality benchmarks. Perform other duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of project management experience in building or civil works.
