About the Roles

We are looking for a Project Engineer or Project Manager for building and construction projects across various sites. The main office is located in Tuas, with transport provided from Joo Koon MRT. This is a permanent position with a five-day workweek from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and includes a basic salary with a

performance bonus

.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily site operations to meet design requirements, specifications, and plans. Lead the site team and organise daily work activities. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Monitor subcontractor performance and quality, resolving issues quickly. Collaborate with main contractors and consultants on design reviews, approvals, and technical matters. Attend progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and consultants, and provide updates on site status. Enforce EHS standards and maintain site cleanliness. Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality. Handle additional duties assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least two years of project management experience in building or civil works.
