About the Roles

We are seeking a

Project Engineer / Project Manager

to join our team in the

Building and Construction

industry. The role is based

Islandwide

, with the office located in

Tuas

and

transport provided from Joon Koon MRT

. The position offers a

5-day work week

from

8.00am to 5.00pm

. The salary package includes a

competitive basic salary

and

performance bonus

. This is a

permanent role

for qualified individuals.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the daily site activities to ensure they align with the design, specifications, and plans. Lead and manage the site team, ensuring effective planning and execution of daily tasks. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor subcontractor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays. Collaborate with the main contractor and consultants on design reviews, approvals, and resolving technical queries. Attend progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and consultants, providing regular updates on site status. Enforce EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards and ensure proper site housekeeping. Deliver projects within the set timelines, budget, and required quality standards. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

What We're Looking For

A

Diploma or Degree

in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of

2 years' project management experience

in building or civil works.
