Adecco is partnering with a well-known global systems integrator company.

Responsibilities:

• Client satisfaction.
• System design, diagrams.
• Programming, Testing & Commission, trouble shooting.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project \'engineering package\' according to standard.
• Site inspections. Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals, and ICD standards.
• On site client training
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region
• Ensure quality of Convergint services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Handle daily trouble-shooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional custom er training.
• Diagrams update after HO.
• Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up Convergint standards and policies.
• Attend internal training, improve skills.

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Possess basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database.
• Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems is a clear advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Display a quick learning ability and a strong focus on client service.
