Job Description
Responsibilities: * Receive, organize and review tender specifications * Ensure clarifications and submissions are systematically maintained, as well as the safe custody of cost estimations * Responsibilities: Receive, organize and review tender specifications Ensure clarifications and submissions are systematically maintained, as well as the safe custody of cost estimations Co-ordinate and request quotations from Commercial Department, suppliers, and contractors and update the cost database Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that will be used as the basis for pricing Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials, and labor costin Update and analyze commercial data, commodity market indices, market cost data, unit rates and technical information on materials, services, and labor, in order for Executive Management to make informed decisions. Requirements: Diploma Holder in Quantity Surveying/Building Services. At least 3 years of cost experience for mechanical packages Detailed and meticulous. Able to work independently Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
