Job Description
*Our Client is an Engineering Services company.
*Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
*Working Location: Aljunied
*Immediate or Short Notice Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the M&E drawing and site progress, single-line diagram submission, liaise with LEW for licensing for the company on a daily basis.
- Liaise with clients and consultants on the project.
- Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
- Marketing, coordinating, and liaising with potential customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers through phone, email, and faxes on company products and services.
- Assist with Tender exercises and pre-con survey and update of As-Built drawing on site.
- And all other general administrative duties assigned by the superior.
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Min 2 yrs working experience in M&E, A&A Building field.
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
