Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Prepare contractual and tender documents for review, approval, and submission, while managing a comprehensive filing system for both the company and the project.
- Evaluate Contractor claims, variations, delays, and extensions of time, following established quality control policies and procedures.
- Collect and manage data for project progress reporting and benchmarking, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, cost, and timelines.
- Coordinate and effectively manage the site team and project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities, to achieve project goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and government laws, overseeing the coordination of project completion documents and managing the handover and defects management process.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Overseas project experience will be advantageous.
- Strong passion in real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). MS Project will be a plus.
- Strong team player with an ownership mentality, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for overseeing overseas projects
