Job Description
The Project Executive role is a pivotal role in the merchandising team, contributing to the process development of inventory management and shipping of merchandising materials into the stores across South East Asia.
The successful candidate will work very closely with other vendors and team members to manage the 2D / 3D elements of various product launches and store refreshes projects. He/She will also work with the other members to support merchandising audit projects.
Key Qualifications
- Business degree or diploma preferred.
- 3+ years of proven project management experience in handling multiple concurrent projects according to scope, budget and timeline.
- Excellent Excel skills and comfortable working with databases.
- Meticulous and attention to details will be very important.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
- Experience in managing contractors, vendors and all associated resources involved in project delivery across multiple countries
- A comprehensive understanding of the South East Asia retail landscape is preferred.
Description
- Management of graphics and merchandising materials ordering process, inventory control of these elements for the region.
- Develop packing lists by stores for shipping vendors based on part numbers, types of merchandising materials and quantity needed for each store type.
- Manage vendor resources (personnel and warehouses) across different countries to develop pick-n-pack, as well as shipping processes to deliver all 2D / 3D elements into the stores.
- Ensure factual, timely and quality project status, tracking, analysis and reporting.
