Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with project team, sub-con/suppliers, customers and other stakeholders on the works to be carried out to ensure the project schedule is on track.
- In charge of personnel and site clearance.
- Prepare the paperwork for opening and closing of jobs/projects.
- Update stakeholders on the project planning, status and progress through reports and meetings.
- Assist in taking project minutes and tracking of project action items.
- Working on project documents and checking the integrity of the documents.
- Filing, tracking and mustering of document.
- Process, track and closing of purchase orders.
- Inventory tracking and checking.
- Supporting on any administrative works as required by the projects or in the department.
- 2 years contract (renewable and convertible to perm)
- Jurong East
- 0830 to 1800 (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri)
- Up to $4,000 + Completion bonus
- Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field. A-Level holder can also be considered.
- Experience in project coordination and planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, Document formatting.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently.
