Job Description

1. Primary Roles in Project Management This includes management and supervision of servicing works and project work processes of the following nature: 1.1 Operations relating to management of servicing works and project work distributions and workflow functions. 1.2 Operations by helping to maintain an environment that is challenging, satisfying and fun. This includes attention to design R & D in materials resource applications, and creative design approaches and processes to enhance the quality of design output of the company. 1.3 You shall be responsible to handle any project which company assign and entrust to you but not limited for quotation, attended to inquiry/ complaint/ service requested by client, supervise of site work, co-ordinate with contractor, landlord and client etc. And to ensure servicing works and or project meet due date and also profitable. 1.4 Design or Construction Communications overseeing quality of transition from design to construction through management of communications between studio designers and project co-coordinators. 2. Duties 2.1 You shall be responsible to attend to the company\xe2\x80\x99s project operation. 2.2 You shall be expected to return to perform the duties and exercise the powers, which the company may from time to time properly assign to you in connection with the business of the company. 2.3 You shall be expected to do in all your power to promote, develop and extend the business of the company and at all times and in all respects confirm and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company. 2.4 In addition to your existing skills, you are being hired for your ability to quickly learn new techniques and technologies and it is expected that you will do just that in orienting yourself to the broad scope of applications being undertaken by the company.
