Job Title Project Executive SummaryAbout the Role:

• Supervise the VRs related matters.
• Supervise whole project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Conduct Projects per SOP \xe2\x80\x93 hands-on for VRs, assist for SWs and LCCs ~ as in - design briefs, projects procurement, FMC & TLC tabulations, review contractors\xe2\x80\x99 submissions, monitor site works, overtime works, project variation orders, works hand-overs take-overs, payment claims, evaluation of contractors.
• Review Project scope and assess the risk and opportunities; integrate with Facilities Operation Team.
• Handle the stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and conflicts arising, in the front-line, during the projects implementation; escalate critical and key \xe2\x80\x98wicked\xe2\x80\x99 issues to next level [ Manager ] of management.
• Conduct project official submissions to PPP IM
• Help prepare projects\xe2\x80\x99 Cashflow Forecasts for both Client and HQ team.
• Conduct, 1st level, Annual Performance Review of Project Team\xe2\x80\x99s member.
• Coordinate Annual Assets Condition Survey on the ground and generate related and useful reports from Asset-Future.
• Participate as C&W\xe2\x80\x99s Internal Auditor for ISO 55001.
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
• Perform any related duties as required and directed

About You:

• Relevant degree, preferably Quantity Surveying
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and project management
• Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
