• Bachelors in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or other exercise related degrees.
• Minimum 2 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience but those with less experience and mega passion will be considered.

The person we are looking for should be:

• Facilitate corporate workshops and coach group, fitness classes. Candidates with experience are preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications for reports and preparation of presentation slides for the monthly meeting.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders such as clients on-site, end users, and internal departments.

• A team player to assist the management team with the required inspections and reports.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision needed on the operation ground

Job description

• To facilitate and innovate PROAGE line of healthcare & fitness programmes.
• To develop and set standards of facilitation and engagement of clients in both the corporate and community sector
• Develop new interventions and methodologies to drive positive behaviour change

• Sales Account \xe2\x80\x93 Corporate account serving and upstream sales

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing and supervising projects

• Ensure smooth delivery of programs with impeccable service to various internal and external stakeholders and oversee the day-to-day operations and the smooth delivery of the programmes.

• Manage and co-ordinate all logistics requirements to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and events

• Oversee trainer and vendors\xe2\x80\x99 scheduling

• Handle all related administrative work

• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
