Responsibilities

Location : Changi Responsibilities 1. Communicates with end-users and third-party vendors 2. Participates in the design, programming (development), maintenance and execution of testing of new and changed functionality 3. Writes programs for specific applications and designs special reports 4. Updates system end-user and training documentation. 5. Maintains business process procedures in conjunction with the process owners. 6. Resolves request/Incident tickets from users and provides telephone and onsite technical support to troubleshoot and fix the most complex customer department end-user problems. 7. Works closely with our global IT offices to resolve issues and manage deployments. Job Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline. 5 years or more of relevant experience with solid exposure in systems design, application development, database design and development, including Database views, triggers and rules, stored procedures database server platform. Proven experience in system implementation and deployment.
