Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities . Fully and accurately define the customer's supply chain requirements . Perform data analysis on supply chain performance and to identify areas for improvement. . Coach peers on lean and six sigma . Conduct improvement projects in warehouses using lean and/or six sigma methodology. . Provide detailed solution design. . Responsible for projects assigned from conception to hand over to clients. Manage project planning, coordinate with vendors and develop cost tracking. . Regular reporting to various stakeholders on project status as required. . Day to day interaction with the clients and various internal stakeholders. Qualifications Summary Experience: This position requires minimum of five years' experience in one or more key functional areas in supply chain. Education: Bachelor/Master degree in an Engineering field or Supply Chain Management equivalent. Skills: . Technical Skill Requirements o Strong project management skills. PMP certification would be advantageous. o Process oriented with analytical problem solving skills. o Requires excellent computer skills such as excel and VBA. o Excellent oral / written communication skills, experience preparing and presenting oral / written presentations. o Proficient with Lean or Six Sigma o Familiar with CAD drawing tool such as draftsight or AutoCad. . Behavioral Skill Requirements o Ability to deal with complex and ambiguity. o Able to use systematic approach in decision-making and problem solving. o Able to strategize and effectively communicate with peers, customers & vendors.
